Payment Methods

VeriCred offers a wide range of convenient ways in which you can pay your accounts that are in arrears. Check your balance and account status, as well as make payments at anytime by accessing our online Consumer Portal here. Access our Banking details via our Consumer Portal, by calling any of our branches, or by sending us an SMS.

To receive banking details via SMS, please send the word Bank followed by your unique VeriCred reference number to 34299. (E.g. Bank 12345678937265 to 34299)

Debit Order Mandate

To arrange a debit order with us, please contact the branch where your account is listed and our professional consultants will assist, alternatively you can request a call back by accessing our Consumer Portal. Please ensure that you have your VeriCred reference number, as well as your banking details ready. You will have received your reference number via SMS. To check which branch your account has been listed at, please check our Consumer Portal here.

EFT Payment

To pay via EFT, please access our Consumer portal here to gain access to our banking details. Alternatively, you may also contact any of our branches to obtain our banking details or SMS ‘bank’ followed by your VC number to 34299.

Instant Payments

To make a secure payment online, make use of our MyGate platform. This can be accessed via our Consumer Portal, after which you can follow the easy instructions to make a payment.

Direct Deposit

You can also make a deposit by physically walking into any ABSA bank nationwide. To obtain our banking details, please access our Consumer Portal here.

Pay@

Payment via Pay@ can be made at any Checkers, Pep, Ackermans, PickNPay, SPAR, Shoprite, Shoprite USave, Boxer, MyEBills, or at any TopItUp. Please ensure that you have your VeriCred reference number on hand when making a payment at any of the locations. You can use either your debit / credit card, or cash to a make payment.
