As part of our ongoing vision to innovate ahead of our peers, and to maintain our capacity as a market leader in the field of debt collection, we are proud to announce the launch of our new VeriCred website!
It’s got a more minimalistic look-and-feel that is much easier to navigate, and we also got great new functionality for customers with accounts in arrears our new Consumer Portal! This will enable customers to pay a debt securely online using “MyGate”, get vital details on their accounts including balance as well as the branch that the account has been allocated to, and you can even request a call-back at a convenient time!
Getting information about debts has also never been easier, as we’ve also included our brand new Consumer Education page to address the most common questions that consumers ask when they’ve had accounts handed over. Using this page makes it easy to get the answers that you need! This page is a constant work in progress, because as the environment around us shifts we need to do our utmost to keep the customers of our clients supplied with the most relevant information that will assist them on their journey to recovery. Thats the VeriCred difference!
